Remember that health is more than numbers on a scale. In today's world we've allowed what it means to be healthy to be narrowed down, defined , and confined to weight, when in reality health incorporates many facets of human existence that's influenced by a myriad of factors.
We are three part being made up of Spirit, Soul, and body, and our overall health is contingent upon how well all three of these areas of being are operating and interacting with one another.
In addition, all three parts are influenced by factors like what we eat, the level and types of nutrition we're getting, exercise, toxicity in our environment, how well we deal with stress, how much rest we're getting, our social life, and whether we're living with purpose and design!
Even though the number on the scale is a nice number to be aware of as a small metric in the pursuit of good health, remember it plays only a small minuet role in a hugh orchestra of the symphony of optimal health and well-being!
