One of the most important things that you can do in order to maintain good health is to never skip breakfast. Given that we all seem to have jam packed schedules that allow for no wiggle room, it's evident that we're all in need of a quick, simple, and nutritious breakfast solution.
One of the best ways to have a quick, nutritious, and fulfilling breakfast is by substituting it with a breakfast smoothie every now and then. There are hundreds of smoothies to experiment with, and to choose from that will keep you satiated, energized, and mentally focused to blast through your day. I've been drinking these things for some time now as a breakfast substitute, and don't know how I made it without them. It literally takes about five minutes to get the ingredients, throw in the blender, and put in the freezer for grabbing on my way out the door. I encourage you to give it a try.
