Many people feel so pressured by the expectations of others that it causes them to be frustrated, miserable and confused about what they should do. But there is a way to live a simple, joy-filled, peaceful life, and the key is learning how to be led by the Holy Spirit, not the traditions or expectations of man. Joyce Meyer
My mind has been all over the place this past week. I've been reading, watching, and listening to various lectures, documentaries, and podcasts on a wide range of topics.
I watched a very informative, interesting, and thought provoking interview about Technocracy, the Trilateral Commission, and the scientific takeover and management of our society by a small group of mad scientists who obviously didn't have enough dates in high school. And are still upset about getting picked on in their teenage years which is why I tell my children to never pick on nerds, geeks, or the alternative crowd in school. They seem to be the ones that end up being our bosses and ruling the world.
I also watched an interview with former Intelligence Official whistle blower William Binney on the goings-on with respect to the NSA. We're becoming increasingly penopticonic by the second. More and more we're becoming all watched over...for our safety of course. If you think your e-mails, sexy texts you send to your significant other, or conversations you have in front of your television in your own living-room are private, think again. It's all being recorded, cataloged, and kept tucked away in a database somewhere for your safety...duh!
On a lighter note, I gave ear to a lecture from Bruce Lipton PhD about epigenetics, how belief shapes biology, and how our environment dictate and control which genes are expressed. We are truly amazing as humans, and this newly emerged and verified in spades field of study has revolutionized our understanding of DNA, the study of gene expression, and the scientific proof of the existence of the spiritual dimension. The light that brings life is flowing in an outward to inward manner, not inward to outward, which is why the receptors for life bringing activity is on the outside of the cell membrane verses the inside. We are spiritual beings emanating from the Infinite Most High being broadcasted into vessels of clay that we call bodies for the pure enjoyment of experiencing life at a level of indepthness and richness that has caused the heavenly host to take note with awe. They watch us with wonder!
What can I say?! As I've stated, my interest are many, eclectic, and as strange as they come. I can't help it. It's just the way I am. I find this world and life to be absolutely fascinating and am appreciative and thankful even though everything isn't as I'd like to be. Quite simply, life is precious and worthy of our utmost respect, and the one who has given it to us is deserving of our worship and praise.
Five Ways To Live A More Peaceful Life
In light of all that's been said these are five ways I think will help you live a more peaceful and serene life in an otherwise confused, chaotic, and ever changing world:
In short, you can't control or determine the action of others, what disasters are headed your way, or what life has in store for you as far as scheduled troubles, but you can choose how you respond. Cultivating a body, mind, heart, wallet/pocketbook, and spirit of preparedness and readiness will help you live in a state of perpetual peace that will give you the edge needed in times of trouble, chaos, and confusion.
May His face shine on you and give you Peace.
