Since the beginning of time man has used herbs for healing, relief of pain and to maintain a healthy body. After thousands of years we still have these wonderful plants around to use. They are used on all continents and in countries all over the world. There are Chinese herbs, Indian herbs, and Native American herbs just to name a few types. Each week I plan to cover a few of these herbs and their uses hoping to help people in the search of alternative ways to stay healthy.
