One simple way to good health is by eating real food. That seems to be a task that's becoming harder to do these days with the increase in usage of pesticides, foreign proteins, and genetically modified ingredients. Our food is being engineered for profitability instead of for sustainability. The model is one of death for the consumer and bigger profits, power, and control, for the ones at the top of this business model. At this point, the evidence is becoming overwhelming as to the reality that our food is being engineered and designed for sickness and not for good health with regard to the American consume,r and we must not stand for such abuse and non-sense any longer. Given that a diet consisting of the status quo will get you status results, it's in our best interest to avoid these designer foods of death and get back to how our ancestors ate.
One way to stay healthy, fit, and well is by eating real food. Real foods are foods that haven't been processed to the point of non-recognition by great-grandma. Instead of eating applesauce, eat an organic apple. Instead of consuming orange juice, eat an orange. It's that simple. God made living real simple. Man just has a way of complicating things. This is the easiest, and simplest place to start in the journey for optimal health, and it doesn't require a whole lot of effort except the choice be made to pursue acquiring the best health that you possibly can.
In short, make the decision to get healthy and fit. And start by eating foods that your great-grandma would recognize and stop eating processed, nutrient deficient, designer foods that taste good going down, but leads to an early death. May the grace of Jesus be with you always!
