"I just really enjoy nice fall days going to the festivals with my girls, listening to good bluegrass music, laughing, joking, and throwing down funnel cakes like there's no tomorrow...Yeah, it's simple moments like these that make life worthwhile." He lamented
I've been thinking a lot lately about life, social engineering, and how we're trained and propagandized to live a certain way. The way in which we're trained to live, act, and organize our priorities, in my view, is antithetical to how we should organize and prioritize the most basic of human endeavours.
As soon as we cross the threshold from the world of water into the world of oxygen, we're told to play it safe Johnson. Follow the rules Johnson. Go to school so you can get a good job and get a good paycheck in order to mortgage a house, finance a car, get a trophy wife who will divorce you take the house and car and give it to her boyfriend the pool-boy. Hey, while you're at it, why don't you fill up your garage with stuff and have a garage sell so that you can fill it up with more stuff. And to boot, get two more jobs, let the state educate your children, and let the community instill what is commonly deemed socially acceptable into their impressionable brains. Don't worry about retirement because there's a bail-in coming, social security is a bankrupted ponzi scheme, and we're going to need you put out a little more effort in order to help out the almost half of the national population receiving some form of government assistance. Yep! It's all looking pretty good for you Johnson! You MAY be able to retire at 150 years of age provided we feel that you've done your fair and equal share! We love you maaaan!
Shortly after my encounter with the Holy Spirit of the true and loving G_d, I can truly say that what I value, esteem worthwhile to pursue, and encourage others to seek after goes totally against what I was trained to chase. I no longer spend my time chasing and thinking about how to have a bank account filled with six zeros after a one, accumulate as many notches on my belt as possible, or how to scheme Joe Smith or Suzy Shoemaker out of whatever it is that I want at the moment, but now I pursue much more simpler, soul satisfying tangibles I once considered of having not much value.
I now spend my time consumed with:
In short, ditch all that the world has deemed important, of value, and worth your time to chase, but learn what really matters in life and pursue that instead. The world markets, sells, and propagandizes you into a matrix of consumerism, fear, and poverty, while through the Spirit of Christ you can be set free to live a set apart life, that'll be peculiar, exciting, fulfilling, and freeing to the soul! May the grace of Christ be with you!
